Niantic Supports Urban Green Spaces

Thanks to support from Niantic, the National Park Foundation is funding ParkVentures projects such as WELLderness - an outdoor wellness series by Friends of Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens that aims to connect people to nature through various activities that promote mental/physical health. As a hidden oasis in Washington, D.C., programming at Kenilworth Park & Aquatic Gardens is a direct response to the needs of Kenilworth’s neighboring urban community who seek to connect in the park through outdoor events and opportunities for healing with neighbors and visitors.
