Bluestone National Scenic River is preserved as a living landscape that provides an unspoiled experience for visitors and a haven for plants and animals.
This scenic river preserves relatively unspoiled land in southern West Virginia and contains natural and historic features of the Appalachian plateau. The park protects a 10.5-mile section of the Bluestone River in Southern West Virginia. It offers excellent warm water fishing, hiking, boating, and scenery.
