Beverly Cole

Beverly Cole is the Chief Executive Officer of Cole Renwick, LLC, a family-owned real estate company based in Glendale, CA. She is also an entrepreneur, consultant, and Recruiter with Boyden International Recruitment. Her advisory services include sharing her love of holistic Eastern/ Western Medicine, her family’s wealth building efforts in real estate ownership from owning the largest Virginian historical Black Hotel, single family, multi family, triple net, and franchise assets and helping the world understand the benefits of Inclusion: Diversity and Inclusion- People, Nature and Ideas. Her holistic wellness philosophy is based upon her beating heart disease. She has been a limited partner in Belle Capital and has advised CDFIs, SBICs and other impact funds. She serves on the Board of Bank OZK, of Private Impact Funds, on the board of a Charles Drew Medical School, and either board or member of National Association of Corporate Directors, Private Directors Association, Women Corporate Directors and African Board Leadership Association, Latin Business Association, 50/50 Women on Boards. She serves as a guest speaker to European, African, Australian, and US groups.

From 2010 to 2013, Ms. Cole worked as a Federal regulator with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Office of Thrift Supervision and as a member of the structured liquidation Fund Manager at the Small Business Administration. Prior to her government service, Ms. Cole held executive positions at the Walt Disney Company and Eastman Kodak Company and Union Carbide Company, Merrill Lynch, WR Lazard, and Matthews & Wright Investment Companies. She participates in a wide range of civic and community groups, including being appointed by California Governor Jerry Brown to the California Commission on Access to Justice and by California State Insurance Commissioner Dave Jones to its Insurance Diversity Task Force, and previously served as boards of National Association of Women Business Owners, Los Angeles Neighborhood Land Trust, Asian Business Association, Latin Business Association, and many others. She is proud that she was selected to attend The Renaissance Weekend, a Think Tank for global leaders, and appointed to the Exceptional Women Awardees Foundation and member of Extraordinary Women on Boards.

Ms. Cole holds a B.A. in Asian Religion and Western Philosophy from Boston University, a J.D. from Fordham University, and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and was selected to NASDAQ Center for Board Excellence, Stanford Directors’ College and Cybersecurity Certified. She is an avid camper, music lover and world traveler.
