Leading alongside his three sons and son-in-law, Al oversees a portfolio of successful companies, including Pacific Coast Communities, Heritage Building & Development, Sunrise Company and Baldwin New Homes. Notably, Otay Ranch in San Diego and in Orange County is set to encompass 4200 additional homes, apartments, hotels and retail space. These communities have not only garnered public acclaim but have also received prestigious awards and recognition within the professional community. Beyond his contributions to the real estate sector, Al Baldwin is deeply engaged in community service. He was recently honored by the Bishop at the OC Catholic Foundation’s Business and Ethics Conference, also served on numerous boards and charitable foundations, holding key positions such as Chairman and Board Member of Futures for Children, Treasurer and Board Member for the Orange County Performing Arts Center, and President of the City of Hope Construction Industry Alliance. Al was also a partner in the San Diego Padres and has been a steadfast member of the board for the Stars and Stripes Fishing, Golf, and Music Festival for an impressive 26 years.
