Kyle Funakoshi is Senior Director of Regional Philanthropy for the National Park Foundation. He and his team connect with donors across the central United States and west coast, with the goal of helping national park champions to explore and support programs that will maximize their philanthropic impact through the Parks.
Kyle has been with the National Park Foundation since the summer of 2018, and has worked professionally in the field of advancement since 2005. His favorite parks are Rosie the Riveter World War II National Homefront Historic Park, and Olympic National Park.
In addition to being in parks with his family, in his free time, he also enjoys working on bonsai trees and is a self-described pop-culture nerd.
