Kim Hirose is a Senior Director on the Corporate Partnerships team with a focus on new business development. A consummate relationship builder, Kim is responsible for building mutually beneficial partnerships with Fortune 500 companies to drive impact, advance corporate business and CSR objectives, and generate revenue and awareness of NPF’s mission.

With more than 20 years of experience in non-profit corporate development, Kim’s expertise in securing cause marketing, licensing, event sponsorship, and philanthropic grants has helped advance the work of award-winning national nonprofits including Paralyzed Veterans of America, Share Our Strength, First Book, and National Wildlife Federation. She began her career in consumer marketing and TV production at Discovery Channel.

Kim is a Maryland native and graduate of Towson University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology. In her free time, Kim enjoys exploring our lesser-known national parks and serving as a board member for a Japanese American civil rights organization. She resides in the DC area with her husband and is perpetually looking for new baking recipes to test out on her colleagues.
