Create or Update Bi-Lingual Interpretive Media Products

Create or Update Media and Interpretive Tools and Materials for use with Hispanic and Blind Visitors.

Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks' effort to invest in bilingual education was warmly received by Spanish-speaking visitors (a majority of the citizens in neighboring counties).

However, the parks' ability to build on their bi-lingual offerings was hampered by broken AV equipment and limited funding to translate new interpretive materials. So, with our support, the park was able to install new AV equipment, translate materials, and also include not only Hispanic materials, but also some for the blind community in Braille.
