The Belmont-Paul Women's Equality National Monument was home to the National Women's Party for 90 years and at the epicenter for the struggle for women's suffrage and woman's rights. The national monument needs rehabilitation to continue to tell this important story. The rehabilitation will include upgrading the HVAC systems of the house, a fire suppression system, and repairs to the roof, woodwork, chimney, and other part of the exterior and interior. Additionally, the project will fully restore the iconic stained glass around the front door and stabilize it against street vibrations and other environmental factors.
