Share The Love Of Parks

November 20, 2014NPF Blog

If you’re in the market for a new car that shares your thirst for adventure, you can check out what Subaru has to offer this holiday season!  During this year’s Subaru “Share the Love” event, taking place from November 20, 2014 through January 2, 2015, you have the opportunity to get a great deal on a Subaru that will help you explore all our national parks have to offer! When you lease or purchase any new vehicle and select the National Park Foundation as your charity of choice, Subaru will donate $250 to the Foundation on your behalf, up to $15,000,000!

Now in its seventh year, the annual “Share the Love” event has given more than $35 million to participating charities. The Foundation is thrilled to once again be a part of this exciting, successful, and inspiring event!

The National Park Foundation -- thanks to national park supporters like you! -- received more than $1.4 million through “Share the Love” last year, enabling more than 70 national parks to receive critical support to preserve important historical sites, protect threatened species and habitat, and conduct outreach and education programs in local communities.

This year, Subaru is aiming to increase “Share the Love” donations to participating charitable partners from $10 million to up to $15 million, bringing its seven-year donation total to $50 million! Some may call them over-achievers, but we just say thank you!

We’re so grateful for generous partners like Subaru who share our commitment to connecting people to national parks, and supporting communities and treasured places across the country.

So as we enter the holiday season, we hope you’ll join us in sharing the love for our national parks with Subaru. And please be sure to share your I Heart Parks road trip adventures with us on Facebook! We hope to see you cruisin’ to a national park in your Subaru -- soon!
