Small fox visits the Great Smokies

This summer we took a very small fox named Chai all over several National Parks. Here you see Alex and Chai visiting where the Apalachian Trail intersects the trail up to Clingman's Dome. We visited the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and fell in love with not only how beautiful the scenery was but also with how friendly everyone in the park was.

We're from Colorado and are no stranger to National Parks, however this particular park had quite a diverse group of people. Most park-goers enjoyed the opportunity to have a picnic at the park.

You should go there. It's great. And when you do, I highly suggest bringing a small fox. Or an Alex.
