Icebergs, in August!

Numerous sights stood out as we planned a trip to Glacier National Park, but seeing icebergs in August was certainly an experience my boyfriend and I looked forward to. The 5 mile hike out to Iceberg Lake certainly did not disappoint. Hiking through the valley to find our lake made a longer hike worth while. We found an excellent lunch spot along the shore of the lake while watching people hop from iceberg to iceberg all while trying to stay as dry as possible!
