Share the Experience Office Federal Recreation Lands Photo ContestThe Federal Recreation Lands Share the Experience Photo Contest is an annual photography competition encouraging Americans to explore and experience our nation’s federal lands and share the experience with all Americans by submitting their favorite lands photos. Sponsored by the Ford Motor Company and the National Park Foundation in partnership with the National Park Service, the Bureau of Land Management, the Bureau of Reclamation, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the U.S. Forest Service and with support from Hertz, the Share the Experience Photo Contest showcases the more than 500 million acres of Federal Lands and draws entries from all across the United States.

Winning Photo EntryThe 2007 Share the Experience Photo Contest has finally come to an end! Once entries are judged, fourteen lucky winners will earn national recognition for their photos and great prizes like a 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid or a trip to a national park with air transportation, lodging and car rental courtesy of Hertz.. Additionally, the Grand Prize winning photo will grace the cover of the 2009 “Federal Recreation Lands Pass.” Please check back here for contest results and upcoming news on the 2008 Share the Experience Photo Contest!
