Myra

My husband and I were walking at Barker Dam with our granddaughter, when he became overcome with heat exhaustion. We were out of cell phone range, but a number of very kind young people ran 1 1/2 miles to find a ranger. They returned with Ranger Dylan Moe, who expertly and quickly dealt with the emergency. A volunteer rescue corps arrived and later an ambulance. I will always be grateful to the staff at Joshua Tree for their emergency rescue team.
