Every year, from Naples, we love to go and observe birds into the Everglades. This year we were surprised to find no wading birds in the marshes and very few others perched on the electrical lines along the T. Trail.On Saturday, We saw one wood Stork on the 10.000 Island Trail.
Last week we went also to Ding Darling. Although we found some there (a large group of White Pelicans mostly), they were also very few.
On Saturday / Sunday, we will be taking friends to the Glades again.There is plenty of water in the marshes...But where are the wading birds?
In the past there were so many!
