Director, Planned Giving

The National Park Foundation is launching an aggressive initiative that envisions a vibrant future for national parks supported through charitable gifts received through a planned giving program. The Director, Planned Giving leads the National Park Foundation’s activities to secure revocable and irrevocable planned gift commitments from donors; to recognize these donors; and to provide stewardship among these donors. Executive Assistant, Finance

The Executive Assistant (EA), under the supervision of the CFO, performs a variety of administrative, office, and logistical support functions; creates and maintains reports, files and records, required in connection with department processes. Director, Database Systems

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Director will provide technical and strategic leadership to the overall data management and integrity process of the Foundation’s donor management system, Raiser's Edge. The director will be responsible for implementation of a significant realignment of current Raiser’s Edge system.

The director plays a leadership role in developing and implementing the Foundation’s vision and plans for its fundraising systems and operations, ensuring that software and business processes run smoothly. The director is responsible for ensuring that staff and program managers have the tools needed to do their jobs effectively and that donors and other constituents are treated in such a way to communication the Foundation’s respect  and appreciation in a timely and accurate manner. Director, Government Relations

The Director, Government Relations will be primarily responsible for directing and managing the Foundation’s government affairs activities and all related objectives. Reporting directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer, the Director will devise and implement a comprehensive government relations and public policy strategy for the Foundation. Manager, Donor Relations

The National Park Foundation is seeking a Donor Relations Manager to serve as the professional point of contact for our mass donor program (donors under $1,000 per year) as well as being an administrative resource to internal staff. This position will support the entire mass donor file as NPF continues to build a comprehensive and robust fundraising program.  This position requires an understanding of direct response fundraising and donor/customer services. This full-time position is based in Washington, DC, and works closely with the other members of the Direct Response, Database Management, Individual Giving, and Marketing Communications teams to provide exceptional donor services and engagement, and to support donor development efforts. Public Relations Intern

This position is an excellent opportunity to gain experience as public relations professional for a national non-profit.
